He Who Has The Sun Has Earthquakes
by Michael G. Mickey
(10-10-05)
The Dallas
Sun is reporting "it may not be long before scientists start tracking
"sunspots" to predict earthquakes, some hours before they hit
seismologically-active areas." The article continues:
The NASA and the European Geosciences Union have already put their stamp
of approval on the sunspot hypothesis, which suggests that certain changes
in the sun-earth environment affects the magnetic field of the earth that
can trigger earthquakes in areas prone to it.
In light of the recent killer earthquake in South Asia which has left thousands
upon thousands dead, this latest report suggests there may well be a correlation
between the sun's recent surge of solar flare activity and the latest monster
quake. Perhaps, if the theory the article contains in its entirety is accurate,
solar activity potentially played a role in another massive earthquake we
saw in the same region of the world last year one that left hundreds of thousands
dead as a result of a tsunami which followed it.
Not only is the sun's recent change in activity potentially connected to
earthquake activity, it is also being suggested, as seen in a Yahoo
News story, "increased output from the Sun might be to blame for
10 to 30 percent of global warming that has been measured in the past 20 years."
If this story is accurate, the sun has been acting up for decades now, something
for those of us looking for the return of Jesus Christ to bear in mind. Global
warming doesn't happen overnight, you know.
Thus far, we see that earthquakes may be being caused by an increasingly
active sun and global warming may be as well. What else could the sun's recent
surge in activity be leading to? The extinction of some species, an example
being sea turtles. As seen in a Yahoo
News story, male sea turtles may be totally eliminated by warmer seas
caused by global warming. Warmer climates, the article states, could result
in exclusively female turtle populations because the gender of sea turtle
hatchlings is affected by water temperature!
A different Yahoo
News story again makes it clear that global warming, which is potentially
being caused at least in part by increased solar activity, is threatening
all life on earth. The story states "the Golden Toad has already paid
the ultimate price of extinction and other species are expected to follow
suit as the world warms." An excerpt from the story, which can be read
in its entirety via the link provided, reaches the following sobering conclusion:
Changing weather patterns, rising sea levels, and increases in extreme
weather events like droughts and floods due to global warming are already
destroying habitats, and scientists expect the rate of destruction to increase,
it said.
If all this is accurate, the sun is causing earthquakes, global warming and
the extinction of many species on the earth. Not only that, this "rate
of destruction" is expected to increase!
Luke 21:25: And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon,
and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity;
the sea and the waves roaring;
