God told you WHAT, Ahmadinejad?

Ynetnews is reporting that Iranian president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad is saying he has been in touch with God, quoting the Iranian madman as saying the following: "We shall win. One day I will be asked whether I have been in touch with someone who told me we would win, and I will respond: 'Yes, I have been in touch with God'."

I have a newsflash for Mr. Ahmadinejad and it is this: The god he's talking with isn't a god capable of leading him to such a victory! The God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, however, is more than capable of wiping out the armies of Iran and all its buddies and that He is most assuredly going to do in the prophetic future, as we see in Ezekiel 38 & 39!

So thoroughly is the Lord going to thrash Iran and company during the Gog-Magog invasion attempt against Israel, an event scheduled to occur in the prophetic future, that all the following armies are going to be decimated:

Magog - Most agree this is a reference to Russia.

Meshech - Most associate this with modern day Turkey, ancient Anatolia, but some say it refers to the Moscow area.

Tubal - Most associate this with modern day Turkey, ancient Anatolia.

Persia - modern Iran

Ethiopia

Libya

Gomer - eastern Europe or Turkey

Togarmah - southeastern Europe or Turkey

Should Mr. Ahmadinejad still hold the reins of power in Iran when the prophesied Gog-Magog attack occurs, Ezekiel 39:2-5 reveals how flawed his god's words to him were the moment they were revealed to his wicked heart:

And I will turn thee back, and leave but the sixth part of thee, and will cause thee to come up from the north parts, and will bring thee upon the mountains of Israel:

And I will smite thy bow out of thy left hand, and will cause thine arrows to fall out of thy right hand.

Thou shalt fall upon the mountains of Israel, thou, and all thy bands, and the people that is with thee: I will give thee unto the ravenous birds of every sort, and to the beasts of the field to be devoured.

Thou shalt fall upon the open field: for I have spoken it, saith the Lord GOD.

Now, God said WHAT? The God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob said that Iran's army, even today, is merely bird food in the making! He also said that Iran's military future is going to see five of of every six of its attacking forces against Israel fall upon the open field during the prophesied Gog-Magog attack to come! Who said that again? Almighty God did! So it shall be! Period.

The Ynetnews article says Ahmadinejad has at times been mocked for his preoccupation with spiritual matters and his use of "divine words." Mahmoud Ahmadinejad most certainly has a preoccupation with spiritual matters, but, sadly for him and his countrymen, his preoccupation with spiritual matters finds him traveling full speed ahead toward a collision course with the Most High God! Woe unto him and all those enlisted to aid him in his cause should they fall into the hands of the living God as will eventually occur as prophesied in Ezekiel 38 & 39 - an event I believe conditions are rapidly becoming ripe for!

While Ahmadinejad and other members of the Axis of Evil may indeed, as Ahmadinejad suggests, "overcome the evil Americans" in some manner as the safety of the United States is not divinely guaranteed in the Word of God that I can find, his suggestion that God has told him he will defeat Israel is laughable.

On behalf of the Lord Jesus Christ and the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, I testify this day that there is no power on earth capable of bringing a full end to the nation of Israel for it is written, as recorded in Jeremiah 31:35-36: As long as there be stars, sun or moon, the seed of Israel shall not cease from being a nation before Him.

Pick a night without cloud cover - any night you wish - and look up! Behold the immeasurable evidence that exists as to how likely it is that Mr. Ahmadinejad's "god" has spoken truth to him and give thanks to the Most High for His faithfulness to Israel --- and all of us who have trusted in Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior!
