| Bad news for the USA

While I could be talking about how bad it is that New York City is moving forward with a plan that will allow anyone to alter their sex on their birth certificate, even if they haven't undergone a sex change procedure no less, I'm going to resist the urge to do so!
While I find it beyond disgusting that a gubernatorial candidate in Texas would declare that his opponent's Christian belief that non-Christians will be condemned to hell means he "doesn't think very differently from the Taliban", I'm not going to make a big deal out of how bad that news is for the USA either, other than to congratulate Texas Governor Rick Perry on winning re-election without compromising his faith by agreeing with Pastor John Hagee who said recently, "If you live your life and don't confess your sins to God almighty through the authority of Christ and his blood, I'm going to say this very plainly, you're going straight to hell with a nonstop ticket."
While I could discuss how bad it is that the United States has strayed so far from God's will that actors like Neil Patrick Harris and pop singers like Lance Bass unashamedly flaunt their homosexuality, which is in direct defiance of the Word of God, with Harris going so far as to say he is "quite proud" of being "a very content gay man living his life to the fullest", I'm going to let that slide too - at least for today.
While I could talk about how bad it is that someone like Oprah Winfrey can strongly deny that Jesus Christ is the only way to heaven and maintain the following she does in a nation that prides itself on being a Christian nation (or at least once did), I'm not going to focus on how bad that news is for the USA (and Oprah herself - the genuinely nice person that I believe her to be) either.
The bad news for the USA I want to discuss today, although all of the above are of concern of course, is how isolated - and despised - the United States of America is becoming and what it may mean for us as a nation.
Recently, as I've been documenting in detail, the United States has been pressuring Israel to surrender its God-given covenant lands to its enemies, all of whom pose a threat to Israel's survival, in an illogical effort on the part of the United States and the international community to appease radical Islam and quell terrorism, in spite of the fact Gaza serves as an excellent example of what goodwill shown to terrorists breeds, which is, by no surprise, more terrorism!
As America, waving the banner of peace, indirectly assists Israel's enemies in plotting the Jewish nation's destruction, Almighty God is watching and, true to His promise, is allowing America to become more and more despised - a curse of sorts, bringing to mind Genesis 12:3: And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed.
As the United States sings more and more vocally in the international chorus against what is in Israel's best interests, Hamas, for example, is calling on Muslims around the world to target the United States of America for attack. This would be because America, like Israel, views Hamas as a terrorist organization.
What makes all of this intriguing is this anti-American rhetoric comes in the wake of Israel attacking the terrorist organization in the very land that America, along with the international community, pressured Israel into giving the Palestinians in the interest of Middle East peace --- the Gaza Strip, proving two vital points to be true, which are these: Evil can not be appeased and you can't garner God's favor unless you're being obedient to His will!
And today, one day after American voters handed a lot more power to the greater of two evils, namely the Democratic Party, America has a new concern on this side of the ocean to consider. Daniel Ortega, who USA Today describes as a "former Marxist revolutionary who fought off a U.S.-backed insurgency in the 1980s", has apparently won Nicaragua's presidential election. Ortega, pictured with every communist's favorite former U.S. President in the USA Today article, that being Jimmy Carter, has been considered a threat to the United States from the Ronald Reagan era until now. The following excerpt from the USA Today article makes it clear why America is far less safe today than it was yesterday as a result of Ortega's victory:
The Cold War icon's victory adds Nicaragua to a growing number of Latin American nations with leftists at the helm, led by Venezuela's Hugo Chavez, who has tried to help Ortega by shipping discounted oil to the poor, energy-starved nation.
"Latin America is ceasing to be — and forever — a backyard of U.S. imperialism. Yankee, go home!" Chavez said Tuesday in Venezuela.
Lastly, in what has to be one of the most foreboding signs I've seen in recent times that America's involvement in the Middle East Quartet and, particularly, its goal of establishing a Palestinian state on Israel's covenant lands is a major mistake is this, as seen in a Reuters report : "The United States is seen as a threat to world peace by its closest neighbors and allies, with Britons saying President George W. Bush poses a greater danger than
North Korea's Kim Jong-il." Unbelievable.
At this hour, the lone obstacle the powers of darkness see holding them back from attempting to destroy the nation of Israel is the United States of America. Thus, the reason we see the United States becoming more and more isolated. The result of that isolation, by satanic design? The United States is becoming more and more acceptive of the international community's will which is, as demonstrated in its support of Israel's Gaza withdrawal, resulting in a rebellion against the will of God on a national level, the end result of which is lessening God's hedge of protection around the USA!
What does all that equate to? Bad news for the USA!
