Recently, I did a video commentary on recent and dramatic developments taking place concerning the nation of Turkey potentially beginning movement toward its prophesied role as an ally of Russia and Iran in the coming Battle of Gog-Magog described in Ezekiel 38-39.

In case you missed the video or couldn't view it for any reason, the Washington bureau of McClatchy Newspapers reported the following, in part, on 11-2-07 (emphasis added mine):

The retired general who served as President Bush 's special envoy to deal with the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) said the United States has failed to keep its promises to Turkey to confront the Kurdish terrorist group, and Turkey may feel that it has no choice but to attack the PKK's sanctuary in northern Iraq .

Retired Air Force Gen. Joseph Ralston , in a brief interview, declined to say why he stepped down several weeks ago. But published reports have said that he was frustrated by the Bush administration's failure to act against the PKK.

In his first extended comments since his departure, Ralston told McClatchy Newspapers that the United States is unwittingly "driving, strategically, the Turks and the Iranians together" because both nations share concerns about violent Kurdish separatist groups.

Talk about a dramatic statement in light of Bible prophecy and this website's long-standing watch that has been underway to see when Turkey - a U.S. ally, applicant for membership in the European Union and NATO member nation - would turn its eyes away from its friends in the West in favor of the likes of Russia and Iran!

The watching and waiting for Turkey to make its Gog-Magog turn may be about over - if it isn't already. Why do I say that?

The Christian Science Monitor is reporting that "Turkey is a nation which is now the most anti-American in the world, according to one survey."

Turkey and Gog-Magog? It's coming around!
