Today, 2-19-08, the Florida State Board of Education will be voting on new education standards among which will be "that evolution be taught as fact, and that it be taught as the "fundamental concept underlying all of biology."" (See OneNewsNow.com for details.)

Does it surprise anyone who regularly reads this website that Darwin's little theory which has never once been able to demonstrate how life came into existence much less that evolution itself has ever occurred may be deemed to be FACT here in these last days? It certainly doesn't surprise me, in spite of the fact there are many, many credible scientists who are openly dissenting from Darwinism.

Those who are pursuing this endeavor to lift up Darwinian theory as fact are guilty of changing the truth of God into a lie, worshipping and serving the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. (Romans 1:25)

Evolution tells us that the great source from which our existence stemmed wasn't from God, the Creator, but from ourselves, the created! God didn't create us! We evolved to be what we are although we don't know how our inanimate ancestry (dirt, water, minerals and the like) magically sprang to life.

When you get right down to the bare essentials of Darwinism, one could make an argument that a glass of water and a ray of sunlight are our relatives! Right or wrong? Let's be 100% honest with ourselves here!

Take away the magnificent fossil records the scientific community has, a number of which feature human and dinosaur footprints fossilized side-by-side for example, and get right down to the very birth of life itself and science has a big fat ZERO to show us demonstrative of how water, sunlight, magic pixie dust, dirt, Acme Life Maker and a bolt of lightning thrown into the mix brought the dead to life! Literally! Nonetheless, from its baseline of nothing to show you how life itself began, the scientific community is now ready to tell you that evolution is 100% fact! Oh yes! It's the "fundamental concept underlying all of biology!"

A concept is defined as a "general idea derived or inferred from specific instances or occurrences."

Biology is defined as "the science of life and of living organisms, including their structure, function, growth, origin, evolution and distribution."

Before we can have biology we have to have what? We have to have life, of course! Thus, what underlies all of biology in truth has zero to do with Darwinian theory because those who espouse Darwin as fact can't truthfully tell you how what truly underlies all biology, that being life itself, came to be!

Think about it. Yes, I say THINK.

Where science fails, the Bible succeeds!

Genesis 1:1: In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.

Genesis 1:11-12: And God said, Let the earth bring forth grass, the herb yielding seed, and the fruit tree yielding fruit after his kind, whose seed is in itself, upon the earth: and it was so. And the earth brought forth grass, and herb yielding seed after his kind, and the tree yielding fruit, whose seed was in itself, after his kind: and God saw that it was good

Genesis 1:20-22: And God said, Let the waters bring forth abundantly the moving creature that hath life, and fowl that may fly above the earth in the open firmament of heaven. And God created great whales, and every living creature that moveth, which the waters brought forth abundantly, after their kind, and every winged fowl after his kind: and God saw that it was good. And God blessed them, saying, Be fruitful, and multiply, and fill the waters in the seas, and let fowl multiply in the earth.

I could go on with all Scripture has to tell us concerning the origins of life that science, in spite of all its wisdom, can not offer a counter-explanation for whatsoever but there's little point in doing so.

Those who are wise will examine themselves and their surroundings and conclude that they are not a by-product of themselves, having evolved after life magically started, but a unique creation, wonderfully and fearfully made by the hands of a loving God. They will likewise conclude that our planet, its environment, the sun, the moon and stars aren't the end result of a cosmic accident either! They, too, are perfect in their creation, all of them serving the purposes a loving God intended them to.

Those who choose to embrace worldly wisdom will overlook the fact that the Bible has proven itself to be perfectly accurate through the fulfillment of Bible prophecy in the past. They will brush aside the clear pathway we are traveling down today toward the Bible's yet-to-be-fulfilled prophecies coming to pass precisely as predicted which I pray with all my heart, mind, soul and strength I am doing a good job of documenting on this site, whether the skeptics choose to believe it now or not.

Charles Darwin's theory of evolution is not a fact. God's Word, however, is a fact! Like it or hate it, believe it or deny it, the Word of God is going to stand the test of time forever! Charles Darwin, however? He's just as dead as his theory is going to be, potentially in the not-too-distant future.
