True, Jim. But, at the risk of being redundant, the same could be said of most every day! How telling is that concerning the lateness of the hour we're living in?

In the commentary Jim posted his comment to, one of the issues I discussed was nature becoming more aggressive, potentially a sign of things to come as prophesied in Revelation 6:8 which gives us clear cause to believe that the "beasts of the earth" are going to play a prominent role in the death of a quarter of mankind in the early Tribulation Period to come.

Since I wrote the previous commentary a short two days ago, during which I addressed a dramatic increase in fatal shark attacks as well as killer ravens attacking livestock in Britain, the following disturbing headline surfaced in the news: California 2-Year-Old Dragged From Yard by Coyote in Third Such Attack in Five Days

Not only is that yet another example of how the stage may be being set for Revelation 6:8's fulfillment to occur, Bible prophecy tells us, both in Matthew 24:7 and Revelation 6:5-6, that famine is going to play an increased role in the affairs of mankind in the last days. Not only will famine occur beyond normal levels, it will become catastrophic in magnitude in the Tribulation Period to come!

Bearing that in mind, continuing to be of concern is an ongoing die-off of our world's honey bee population, as documented in a recent Fox News report.

Did you know that 36.1% of the U.S.A.'s commercially-managed honeybee hives have been lost since last year? 36.1%!

If you realize how important our little flower-buzzers are to the pollination of our crops, you have to realize that the loss of nearly half of them in less than two short years is worse than bad news for the world, especially if the trend continues unabated! Bottom line? Think of a Revelation 6:5-6 scenario coming soon if the trend doesn't stop!

The following is a bone-chilling excerpt from the Fox News report (emphasis added mine): As beekeepers travel with their hives this spring to pollinate crops around the country, it's clear the insects are buckling under the weight of new diseases, pesticide drift and old enemies like the parasitic varroa mite, said Dennis vanEngelsdorp, president of the group.

This is the second year the association has measured colony deaths across the country. This means there aren't enough numbers to show a trend, but clearly bees are dying at unsustainable levels and the situation is not improving, said vanEngelsdorp, also a bee expert with the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture.

"For two years in a row, we've sustained a substantial loss," he said. "That's an astonishing number. Imagine if one out of every three cows, or one out of every three chickens, were dying. That would raise a lot of alarm."

At the risk of being redundant, what I'm seeing in the world around me is what I'm seeing in the prophecies of my Bible and vice versa. THAT raises a lot of alarm for me and, whether you're a sinner or a saint (because you're a forgiven sinner), it should raise a lot of alarm for you as well!
