RaptureAlert.com on the road!

When I initially started RaptureAlert.com in 2003, I promised myself that I was going to take every opportunity presented to me to sound the alert that Jesus Christ is coming soon! From day one it has been a goal of mine to see my website reach its maximum potential in that regard! As such, I am pleased beyond measure to welcome Dr. R. Scott Sykes, author of the recent book “Signs of the Coming Christ. A Scriptural Reference Guide for End Times Prophecy”, to the RaptureAlert.com team. What is Scott going to bring to this ministry? He is going to travel to churches everywhere and teach Bible prophecy, specifically focusing on the signs predictive of Jesus Christ's soon-coming return!

From the first moment I heard from Scott, I sensed he was someone who shared my passion for Christ, as well as a genuine desire to reach out to a lost and dying world with the good news that Jesus Christ is coming soon. Having since read Scott's book and heard him preach, I am as happy as I can possibly be to announce that Scott is ready to hit the road! Yes, RaptureAlert.com fans! Brother Scott Sykes is about to take RaptureAlert.com where it has never gone before --- ON THE ROAD!

Praise the Lord for this wonderful opportunity He has given us! I hope everyone will join me in praying that Scott's efforts will lead many to faith in Christ as Lord and Savior, as well as remind the Church of its need to remain sober, alert, prepared and excited as we await the return of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ!

Dr. R. Scott Sykes, author of the recent book “Signs of the Coming Christ. A Scriptural Reference Guide for End Times Prophecy”, has provided a comprehensive review of biblical scriptures that pertain to end times prophecy. In this book, Dr. Sykes has conducted a thorough review of the pertinent scriptures, but only after establishing a basis for the literal interpretation of prophetic scriptures. By applying well-established principles of research and data analysis, a rational basis for literal interpretation of prophecy is established. Once a literal view of interpretation is established, the scriptures become “uncovered” and the clear messages intended for this last generation may be received.

The conclusion from this study is clear: Jesus will return, and His return appears to be very soon.

R. Scott Sykes, MD is a licensed physician who has devoted the past 20 years to medical research. He has authored seventeen scientific publications that cover a broad range of health-related issues, including guidelines on the proper conduct of clinical research. Dr. Sykes has applied the same scientific principles to the study of eschatology, by taking the prophecies contained within the Bible and applying the rigors of scientific research to the prophetic scriptures.

“Signs of the Coming Christ”. This presentation details the scriptural basis for believing that we are currently living in the last generation - the generation that will witness the fulfillment of all remaining biblical prophecy. Time: approximately 1.5-2.0 hours.

“The Rapture of the Church”. This presentation is a comprehensive scriptural review of the sudden “catching up” of the Church, and includes the rationale for understanding that this event will occur prior to the beginning of the 7-year Tribulation period. Time: approximately 1.0-1.5 hours.

“The Battle of Gog-MaGog”. This presentation provides a detailed view of the prophetic scriptures contained within Ezekiel 36-39, which describe the alliance of a Russian-Iranian led invasion of Israel. World events are setting the stage for this epic battle – a battle that will be supernaturally ended by the hand of God. Time: approximately 1.0 hour.

“The Tribulation”. This presentation takes the audience through a summary of the events of the Tribulation, culminating in the Second Coming of Christ. Time: approximately 1.5 hours.

These presentations may take place during normal Sunday morning services, or a special weekend may be planned, with presentations taking place on both Saturday and Sunday.

As dictated by the capabilities of the church group. Preferably, the capability to have a power-point slide show. For “local” churches, the author can provide the necessary equipment.

No fee is required. For air travel, the host is requested to provide transportation fees.
